Holiday Let Services
As a proprietor of a holiday let you want to feel confident that your guests are staying in an immaculately clean and well presented house. We have three ways of assuring you that this is the case.

Welcome Packs
We can provide top quality toiletries such as toilet rolls, soaps, shower gels, etc. and full welcome packs which include anything of your choosing from tin foil to milk and a local paper. For that extra special welcome we can provide wine or champagne and flowers or anything else you may want to offer.

Changeover Clean
Comprehensive clean of the property and checking that all the facilities are in working order. A full itinerary check is given of work done and advice of any maintenance that may be needed after each clean.

A Welcome Book
Tailored to your properties needs and detailing appliance instructions, phone numbers, local attractions etc. is essential to provide all the important information in a clear and easy guide for your guests.

Check & Refresh
As homes are cleaned on the day of departure, if your property is left empty for over a week we will visit before your new guests arrive to refresh and clean and turn on appliances such as the fridge, freezer and hot water. Your property will be welcoming however long it has been empty.

Second Home Services
The same services are available to second home owners, plus the option of having your property checked on a regular basis for those little things that can go wrong....leaky taps, blocked drains etc. When you are not there you can still have peace of mind.

Service
For guests who are staying for over a week we offer to change bed linen and towels (if provided) and do a basic clean of the property. This gives your guests the time to concentrate on more enjoyable things.

Green Clean
Cornwall is a beautiful county and we aim to keep it that way so we will provide recycling bags and general guidance for their use.
